Those of you who've known me for a good few years know that I'm slowly coming up with a story about some sort of monster that wreaks havoc among a future population.

When Cloverfield came out, I thought the concept of not exactly seeing what it was for a good portion of the movie was a smart way of building up suspense and keeping the watcher engaged through the story.

My monster will be something a little different, af if M. Night Shyamalan's upcoming The Happening is any indication, I may not be alone with this concept.

The concept I'm developing involves a creature of some sort that evolves and adapts to its surroundings. For my story, I'm taking cues from The Fugitive, Lost, Cloverfield and Supernatural.

Now, like all my other projects, I just need a little focus to get things started. If only it were that simple. I think a vacation/disconnect is in order to truly get this thing off the ground.

Stay tuned for more information, you guys will be one of the first to witness what I'm hoping will turn into a trilogy/Hollywood deal.

One fact: instead of chapters, my story will be contained with seasons.
